چکیده

Abstract The excessive use of chemical fertilizers can cause severe environmental damage. In recent decades, the application biostimulants to improve soil composition and stimulate plant growth has contributed significantly preservation. this paper, we studied production characterization an amino acid/peptide-enriched biostimulant using edible mushroom ( Agaricus bisporus ) by-products (tails nonmarketable mushrooms) as raw materials commercial proteases hydrolytic agents. A single process four different endoproteases, Alcalase®, L-450, Flavourzyme® or papain, a sequential two proteases, endoprotease exoprotease, Alcalase® + L-450 Flavourzyme), were conducted. preevaluation potential was also carried out, testing capacity Mb-PPHs maize seed germination root growth, well evaluation vigor index (VI), with very promising results. The preparation of lysine from protein hydrolysates.

We have previously reported that acetone solutions containing certain organic acids form systems composed of amino acid-acetone-sulfonic acid (or alkyl acid phosphate) (1, 2), and have shown that by means of such systems amino acid mixtures may be fractionated in a non-aqueous medium. We here describe a method for the preparation of lysine monohydrochloride from an acid hydrolysate of casein, b...

potential health effects of enzymatic protein hydrolysates from chlorella vulgaris

background and objective: chlorella vulgaris is a multi-cellular edible algal species with abundant proteins. extraction of high value protein fractions for pharmaceutical and nutritional applications can significantly increase the commercial value of microalga biomasses. there is no known report on the anticancer peptides derived from the chlorella vulgaris abundant protein. materials and meth...

Structural and Antihypertensive Properties of Enzymatic Hemp Seed Protein Hydrolysates

The aim of this work was to produce antihypertensive protein hydrolysates through different forms of enzymatic hydrolysis (2% pepsin, 4% pepsin, 1% alcalase, 2% alcalase, 2% papain, and 2% pepsin + pancreatin) of hemp seed proteins (HSP). The hemp seed protein hydrolysates (HPHs) were tested for in vitro inhibitions of renin and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), two of the enzymes that regul...

Novel Antioxidant Peptides Derived from Enzymatic Hydrolysates of Macadamia Protein

In the present work, macadamia protein was enzymatic hydrolyzed to produce peptides which had abundant antioxidant activities. The relative antioxidant capacity was investigated through some in vitro models such as scavenging activity of DPPH radical, scavenging of ABTS+ radical and evaluation of the total antioxidant capacity assay. Macadamia protein was characterized by methods of DEAE cellul...

Evaluation of bitterness in enzymatic hydrolysates of soy protein isolate by taste dilution analysis.

Although enzymatic hydrolysates of soy protein isolate (SPI) have physiological functionality, partially hydrolyzed SPI exhibits bitter taste depending on proteases and degree of hydrolysis (DH). To determine proteolysis conditions for SPI, it is important to evaluate bitterness during enzymatic hydrolysis. Taste dilution analysis (TDA) has been developed for the screening technique of taste-ac...
